Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of the GTC

The general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the General Terms and Conditions) apply to the whole website numoros and its contained services.

2. Condition of a relationship of use or contract-like relationship

2.1 The owners of this website use numoros to create an industry and company directory, which makes information, addresses, description texts and telephone numbers accessible to certain company entries publicly on the Internet.

3. Obligations of the entry owner

The customer is obligated to keep the company entry (free entry or premium entry) permanently up-to-date and thereby accepts all liability claims of third parties and frees thus numoros.

4. Content of the usage relationship

5. Special conditions for premium customers

5.1 Hits: numoros does not guarantee the height of the access numbers. These are dependent on the choice of the category, locality and the design of the customer (upload of graphics / texts).

5.2 Principle: The customer is liable for all contents which he himself has influenced and presented in the premium advertisement - even in the case of a violation of the law. numoros checks premium entries only on a sample basis and can not be held responsible.

6. Term, renewal and termination of premium accounts

6.1 The contract begins with the confirmation of the user entry by numoros. The contract term is 3, 6 or 12 months depending on the selected premium package.

6.2 The period of notice of the contract is 3 months before the end of the expiration of the advertisement. Cancellation for important reasons remains unaffected. An important reason would be, for example, the absence of the payment for the premium ad, or in the event of the cancellation of a rebate on behalf of the customer. If the contract is not terminated within 3 months before the end of the advertising period, the contract will be extended by the term of the previous, selected ad.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1 By using the search function on numoros, there is no contractual relationship between the user and the provider of the Internet portal. The user is not entitled to availability of the services against the operators of the website numoros. The user is granted a restricted right of use, for the search and display of information about company entries for his own use. Any further use of the information provided is not permitted.

7.2 The user undertakes not to publish any illegal or pornographic content and to not infringe trademark rights and / or copyrights thirdly. 8. Advertising

9. Jurisdiction

10. Severability clause

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, including these, partial or completely not be legally effective or lose their legal effectiveness later, the validity of the GTC shall remain unaffected thereby. The provisions which are wholly or partly invalid are replaced by a provision which is economically closest to the meaning and purpose of this provision in a legally effective manner. The same applies in the case of unforeseen gaps in the GTC.
